Digital key
1. If the digital key is functioning properly, returns will not be accepted once the product is dispatched.
2. If the digital key fails to function, we will offer a replacement or refund service within the warranty period.

Physical products
1.If the products are functioning properly, when the customers do not use these products and if you wish to return them, you can contact us to inquire about the refund service.
2. If the product doesn't work, we will offer a replacement or refund service.

FAQ
Can I cancel the order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the package is shipped, the order is irrevocable and cannot be cancelled.
What if the item I received is damaged?
In this case, please contact us at sevenbox888@gmail.com within seven (7) working days from the date of delivery and provide the relevant order number and photos or unboxing videos of the relevant products.
